Chef Carlotta
Carlotta was born in Siena in 1985 and approached cooking at the age of fifteen, following in the footsteps of her grandmother and mother, both talented cooks.
The approach to the culinary art in a professional context took place in 2013, with the enrollment in the haute cuisine course held at the IFSE Culinary Institute in Turin, an internationally recognized body among the Italian excellences.
In 2014 she graduated with full marks and was selected to participate in the cooking competition within the prestigious setting of the Eurocucina exhibition (Salone del Mobile in Milan); the competition, aimed at identifying testimonial chefs on behalf of Bosch, sees it firmly positioned on the winners’ podium.
In the following summer he took part in the program “La Dolce vita di David Rocco”, broadcast in over 100 countries, which dedicated an entire episode to the Pometti company and the excellent culinary reality created by Carlotta.
COOKING LESSONS
FOR ADULTS
Take part in a cooking lesson, led by our staff. The activity, depending on the season, includes harvesting vegetables from the garden, eggs from the chicken coop and the use of outdoor spaces, if possible. We all cook together, English translator available if necessary, an entire menu from starter to dessert. Followed by the meal prepared paired with our wines.
COOKING LESSONS
FOR CHILDREN
Suitable for children from 3 to 12 years. Depending on the season, the activity includes harvesting vegetables from the garden, eggs from the chicken coop and the use of outdoor spaces, if possible. Each child will be equipped with an apron and a cutting board station. Biscuits are prepared with molds and shortcrust pastry and pizza which is then eaten together. Small certificate of participation.
